Refund Policy

The £5 founding deposit is fully refundable at any time before the launch of Batch 001. To request a refund, email hello@kp7.co.uk with the subject line ‘Deposit Refund’ and your name. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

If KP⁷ Batch 001 does not launch for any reason, all deposits are refunded automatically in full.

By paying the £5 deposit you are reserving a founding spot and agreeing to be contacted by email with launch details. You are not committing to purchase the full product. There is no obligation to complete your purchase at launch.
